QUERY: For this article, I'm looking for food safety experts (food scientists, university-level academics, and current/former employees of government safety agencies like the FDA, USDA, and CDC), cookware experts (engineers/designers who've created cookware, chemists with ceramics expertise), and professional chefs (restaurant chefs only, please; no bloggers/content creators/recipe developers) to explain the possible health consequences of cooking with a chipped or scratched Dutch oven and how you can avoid scratching/chipping your Dutch ovens.
