Shopify releases Quick Sale: Sell before your store is ready.
Most merchants are stuck in the "perfect store" trap. The homepage needs one more revision. The product photos could be better. The About page still isn't written. Meanwhile, the revenue counter stays at zero.
Shopify just removed the main excuse. Quick Sale now lets you add shipping to any cart you build inside the Shopify mobile app and share a payment link via DM, text, or email. Your buyer clicks the link, enters their address, and pays. The order drops straight into your Orders tab, ready to ship. No storefront required.

This changes how you think about launching. Instead of waiting until everything is polished, you can reply to an Instagram DM with a checkout link, send a past customer a restock offer over WhatsApp, or ship a custom order without building a single product page.
The setup takes about 90 seconds: open your Shopify app, tap Quick Sale at the bottom, add your product, tap Add Shipping, and hit Share Link.
Speed to market will always beat a beautiful but empty website. See how it works on the Shopify Changelog
BTW: If you have built out your store using Claude or any sort of AI, please learn from this cautionary tale and please please back up your store for the love of everything holy.
Growth Hack: Reduce abandoned carts in 2 minutes

Take a look at the two checkout screens above. Notice the difference?
Most store owners obsess over their product pages but leave their actual checkout page as it came out of the box. On the left, you have the standard Shopify setup: a boring little "OR" sitting between the Express Checkout buttons and the manual entry fields.
It’s basically wasted real estate that adds no value to the customer
Now, look at the screen on the right. That useless "OR" has been replaced with a psychological trigger: "ⓘ Low Stock Alert! Complete Your Order Before Its Gone!".
Here is why this micro-copy tweak is a massive conversion booster:
Friction creates doubt: The moment a customer scrolls past the easy "Apple/Google Pay" buttons and realizes they have to manually type their email and address, friction hits. That is the exact moment they are most likely to abandon the cart.
Adding urgency: By replacing "OR" with a low-stock warning right at that specific point of friction, you distract them from the chore of typing and re-focus them on the fear of missing out (FOMO).
88% resolved. 22% stayed loyal. What went wrong?
That's the AI paradox hiding in your CX stack. Tickets close. Customers leave. And most teams don't see it coming because they're measuring the wrong things.
Efficiency metrics look great on paper. Handle time down. Containment rate up. But customer loyalty? That's a different story — and it's one your current dashboards probably aren't telling you.
Gladly's 2026 Customer Expectations Report surveyed thousands of real consumers to find out exactly where AI-powered service breaks trust, and what separates the platforms that drive retention from the ones that quietly erode it.
If you're architecting the CX stack, this is the data you need to build it right. Not just fast. Not just cheap. Built to last.
Challenge: Do it in 2 minutes
You don't need a developer for this.
In Shopify, go to your theme's "Edit default theme content"
Search for "Checkout alternative payment method divider"
Swap the word "OR" for your best urgency-driven micro-copy.

P.S: Just rounding up last week’s AI visibility audits, most of you should have received a results/video walkthrough. If you haven’t received these, please bear with us. We’re currently closed to new requests as we catch up. Thank you for your understanding.
Trend: Strawberry Matcha

Strawberry Matcha has moved from niche cafe menus to the mainstream, and the numbers back it up. Ceremonial-grade matcha searches on TikTok are up over 600% year-on-year. The drink itself, with its three-layer look of strawberry syrup, milk, and bright green matcha, is one of the most screenshot-worthy beverages on social media. It is driving serious revenue, with brands like Yerba Magic pulling roughly $1M in monthly Amazon revenue.
3 ways to cash in on this trend:
Sell the ritual, not the tea. You do not need to sell matcha itself to benefit. Glass tumblers that show off the layers, bamboo whisks, and frothers are all high-demand items right now.
Build a color bundle. The trend is expanding into orange, dragon fruit pink, and butterfly pea blue. If you sell wellness products, a "Natural Energy" bundle leaning into these vibrant aesthetics is highly shareable content.
Use the health hook. Matcha is winning the "calm alternative to coffee" conversation. If you sell anything in the wellness or food space, a piece of educational content positioning your products inside the matcha ritual is a high-reach play.
Till next Monday,
Ada
