Let's get into it.
Meta's AI Agent Is Now Shopping From Shopify Stores

Meta has partnered with Shopify to bring Shop Pay’s agentic checkout to Muse, its new AI assistant. The integration will let Muse users discover products and complete purchases through Shop Pay across Shopify stores like yours.
What’s interesting for us store owners is that this promises to be another product discovery channel for our potential customers shopping outside our stores. It also shows how quickly AI assistants are moving from recommending products to actually completing transactions.
The partnership is part of a wider split emerging in ecommerce. Shopify is opening its merchant ecosystem to AI agents like Muse, while Amazon has reportedly blocked Muse from accessing its retail site. For merchants, the bigger takeaway is that AI shopping is becoming a new distribution channel, with checkout increasingly happening inside the AI assistant rather than on the retailer’s website.

Growth Hack: Use AI to Find What Your Customers Keep Telling You
Most brands use ChatGPT to create things. Product descriptions. Emails. Ad copy. Social posts.
A more useful job might be getting it to find things you missed.
Take your recent reviews, support questions, returns or customer feedback and ask AI to group the recurring themes. What questions keep coming up? What objections appear before someone buys? What are customers repeatedly disappointed or excited by?
You are not asking AI to decide what your customers want. You are using it to get through customer feedback faster and spot patterns worth investigating.
Those patterns can then become better FAQs, product-page copy, ad angles or even ideas for what to improve next.

Challenge: Find One Customer Pattern in 60 Minutes
Step 1 (20 mins): Gather your recent reviews, support tickets, return reasons or survey responses.
Step 2 (20 mins): Remove any personal customer information, then give the feedback to ChatGPT or your preferred AI tool. Ask it to group repeated questions, objections, complaints and positive comments.
Step 3 (20 mins): Check its findings against the original feedback. Pick one pattern that appears repeatedly and turn it into one action for your store this week. That could be an FAQ, a clearer product description or a new creative angle.
AI finds the pattern. You decide what to do with it.
Trend: Milky Toner

Milky toner is the gentler, more moisturising cousin of traditional toner. The K-beauty product combines a lightweight, milk-like consistency with ingredients commonly used for hydration and is typically applied after cleansing and before moisturiser. Byoma's milky toner reportedly brings in nearly $400K in monthly Amazon revenue, while Thayers' version brings in more than $210K.
3 ways to cash in on this trend
Sell the hydration routine. Pair milky toner with cleansers, moisturisers and other complementary skincare products instead of treating it as a standalone purchase.
Show customers where it fits. Simple routine content showing when and how to use a milky toner can help shoppers understand why they would add another step to their skincare routine.
Create the before-and-after education. Traditional toner has a reputation for being drying, so content explaining how newer milky formulas differ gives shoppers a reason to understand the category rather than seeing it as just another toner.
Till next Monday,
