Whimsy Soul needs unconventional luxury wellness products with proven results

No AI Pitches Considered

Query:

I’m working on an upcoming Yahoo feature focused on bougie, unconventional, or seemingly “over-the-top” wellness products that sound questionable at first but deliver meaningful results.

I’m seeking information from brands offering wellness products that

  • appear unconventional, indulgent, or borderline excessive

  • have strong consumer adoption or cult followings

  • deliver tangible benefits related to sleep, stress, recovery, energy, or daily habits

  • are designed for at-home use

Products may include (but are not limited to): sleep tools, recovery devices, heat or cold therapy, nervous system regulation tools, wellness tech, beauty and skincare products, supplements, or habit-forming wellness products.

For consideration, please provide:

  • Product overview and intended benefits

  • Price point and availability

  • Any clinical data, testing, or third-party validation

  • Media-approved images or press materials

  • retail link to shop online. (Must be able to shop online and ship nationwide)

P.S before you read on… Appearing in these publications will help your store appear in organic Google search results. That’s as long as your listings are optimized and not working against you.

AskMen is looking for AskMen Grooming Award Submissions

No AI Pitches Considered

Query:

We are currently fielding product submissions for the 2026 AskMen Grooming Awards.

This year, we are cutting the number of award categories in half. We will expand if a beloved product doesn't align w/ our list but we really want to give more love to a smaller batch of winners. (A tentative list of categories is below.)

We test and log every product we receive. If you've submitted on behalf of a brand before, there is no need to resend a product unless it has undergone a formula change and/or introduced a new fragrance. A product doesn’t have to be brand new to market. I will let you know if someone on the team has already tested it, though.

To submit: Please email a list of proposed products and corresponding award categories to [email protected]. Once greenlit, I will share the best address to send approved items to.

Awards are generally announced in April. Should your product win, there will be licensing opportunities for the AskMen Grooming Award winner seal. Otherwise, consider it free publicity!

Due to the heavy volume of products received, we can't confirm receipt of packages. We also do not provide individual feedback.

The deadline to receive products is January 15. This will give our team of trusted editors and grooming experts enough time to test and review internally.

Thank you, again, and best of luck!

Products sought: Best Body Wash, Bar Soap, Lotion, Deodorant, Body Deodorant, Hand Soap, Hand Cream, Foot Cream, Sunscreen Lotion, Sunscreen Spray, Shaving Cream, Shave Butter, Shave Gel, Beard Balm, After-Shave Treatment, Razor, Trimmer, Body Groomer, Skincare Brand of the Year, Face Cleanser, Toner, Face Serum, Face Oil, Face Scrub, Face Moisturizer, Sheet Mask, eye Cream, Night Cream, Acne Treatment, Face Sunscreen, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Mouthwash, Whitening Product, Lip Balm, LED Mask, Face Tool, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Loss Solution, Scalp Treatment, Dry Shampoo, Hairspray, Hair Paste, Hair Wax, Hair Gel

Why AI Isn’t Replacing Affiliate Marketing After All

“AI will make affiliate marketing irrelevant.”

Our research shows the opposite.

Shoppers use AI to explore options, but they trust creators, communities, and reviews before buying. With less than 10 percent clicking AI links, affiliate content now shapes both conversions and AI recommendations.
