Latest: Fashion brands can now reach Microsoft Bing Co-Pilot AI users

AI enters the chat (again), this time with style. Microsoft has teamed up with Curated for You, an AI-powered shopping platform. Basically, users type prompts like: “Outfit ideas for a winter wedding in Aspen,” into Copilot... and could get personalized product suggestions from your brand.

This matters because your future customers probably won’t be searching for your products the traditional way. They’ll be chatting with AI to discover what to buy. If your products don’t show up in those conversations, someone else’s will.

To get your store in these conversations, you need to fix a few things. Some of these include optimizing your product copy for natural language, product schema, using clear, relevant tags and alt-text for images so AI can “read” your store, etc.

Bonus tip: Here’s a free ecom visibility project tracker that you can use to check off all the tasks for improving your store’s visibility on Co-pilot and ChatGPT.

Growth Hack: Run more static ads

In our last poll, you wanted examples of Meta ads working right now (thanks to everyone who responded to the poll, btw)

So that’s exactly what I researched… and I found something interesting about how sellers are testing ad angles rapidly this season.

When you’re running Meta ads… whether you’re selling jerseys, watches, or skincare… video ads look sexy, but they slow you down.

Think about it. With videos, you’ve got to worry about: your avatar’s look, angles, lighting, pacing, sound, hook...

That’s six variables before you even hit “publish.”

But static ads only offer you one image, one idea, one outcome.

Take the Mystery Shirt in a Box Meta’s testing strategy for example.

Simple clean, clear, and quick ads testing different angles (I only picked 3 for the purpose of this). No frills, no sound. Interestingly, they kept the text the same… only the graphics change.

Here’s a watch brand that does the same thing… same text, different image angles

So here’s your growth plan:

➡️ Test 10 static ads today. ➡️ Kill 8 tomorrow. ➡️ Double down on the 2 that work.

That’s creative iteration velocity.

It’s not about posting more. It’s about learning faster.

The faster you learn what works and what doesn’t, the faster your ad budget compounds into scale

Ecom trend

Carbon-plated running shoes are engineered with ultra-light foam + a stiff carbon fiber plate in the sole to offer 2.5% better running economy.

They are trending because performance gear isn’t just for pros anymore. Millennials and Gen Z are dropping serious $$ on elite athletic wear, especially anything that gives them a boost.

How to cash in on the trend 💰

  1. Expand beyond footwear: Test products like carbon pickleball paddles, smart compression sleeves, or lightweight recovery sandals. Anything that promises speed, comfort, or recovery gets attention fast.

  2. Build a “Next-Gen Performance” niche store: Curate a single-product Shopify store (or sub-brand) around “Everyday Performance Gear”… sleek, minimalist branding targeting office athletes and weekend runners who want to feel like pros.

  3. Activate Amazon influencers: Use Levanta to find influencers who’ll launch your carbon gear with Amazon’s influencer storefronts. . It’s low-CAC visibility and high trust…especially before BCFM season.
